Cancellation Policy

Hey, we get it! Life happens, you get sick, you wake up late, or you just really don’t feel like coming to the vet. No one is going to get mad if you can’t make your appointment but please call us ahead of time (preferably a day or two before) so we can accommodate another pet. If your pet is scheduled for a surgery, we really need to know 24 hours in advance so that we can adjust our schedule. Thank you!
